Casio S061 Outdoor Digital Watch For Men

Hi,I have one brought from a store and not from Flipkart.This is a beautiful wathc with a large dial,it has a calm assurance in its look,the chain is not strong like other chronos ,but is manageable,The Altimeter is the best feature along with the thermometer,I checked and watched the change in measurement while my plane was taking off and touching down and while in mid air.For an hour and half I was back to my childhood!This looks expensive but is for sure an excellent one if you love to travel.The one addition I would love to have is a Compass.

I have used this watch in my Himalayan Treks and the Altimeter works very well.You just need to calibrate it once with a known reference point. The accuracy is in region of 50-60 meters as I double checked it with GPS data. And it looks good with formals too. Great value!

The watch has every thing which a often the lovers of such kinds of watch needs. The same functions offered in other watchs, are having the cost approx more than 15000 INR. I am going to purchase this watch once I check the prices on other places. After using this watch for approximately for an year, I just would like to add my experience. 1. The thermometer is working well. it clearly reflects the temperature rise/fall very well but since sensor is very near to your body so 99 % time it gives the temperature of your skin (in the range of 31 to 33) and you will have to remove the watch from your hand and will have to wait till the watch could come out under the influence of your body. 2. The altimeter is good but it shows the changes in the multiple of 5 meters. The reading of the altimeter is 80 % accurate. 3. I have seen that barometer also works very good (but only once I found the oppornunity to judge it) only once it happened that the barometer was showing the fall in atmospheric pressue and few time later it rained with stome. it may be a coincident. I am not sure. But from functioning and value for money point of view, I would recommend to buy this watch.
